We are located on 5 acres of partly wooded property in Avondale, PA in southern Chester County, at the end of Pomeroy Avenue.

Main room with large stone fireplace and loft above with 33 platform bunks.
Meeting room has 6 picnic tables, woodstove, and whiteboard.
Newly remodeled Lower Room (2011) has a stage with bench seating and a wood stove.
Newly remodeled kitchen (2009) has an oven, stovetop, microwave and refrigerator/freezer.
Newly remodeled powder rooms and utility room.
The kitchen and powder rooms are heated in winter.
Water is potable.
Outdoors:
There are several fire/cooking pits, including a large one in the rear of the cabin, surrounded by bench seating for outdoor events/ceremonies.
There is a level area for tents.
A small stream borders the property.

Deposit: $50.00 (refunded after your stay)
Firewood: $25.00 (or bring your own)

Directions:
Route 1 to Avondale exit, heading South on route 41 (Gap-Newport Pike).
Continue past light at the Wawa. Turn right at light onto State Rd.
Make next right onto Pomeroy Ave.
Continue to end of gravel road.
